General Information
Are children allowed?
Yes! Children must be accompanies by an adult at all times. Children under 12 who join the alpaca walk must share an alpaca with an adult.
What animals will I see besides alpacas?
In addition to our alpacas, you'll meet our friendly barn cats and livestock guardian dogs during your visit. The farm also has chickens, turkeys, and guineau fowl! In addition, reindeer will be on the farm seasonally, and we will soon have emus joining us!
Can I take photos during my visit?
Absolutely! We encourage you to take photos. If you'd like extra time specifically for photos, please request this when booking.
Booking & Payment
How long do the experiences last?
The base farm tour and feeding experience lasts about 45 minutes. Adding an alpaca walk extends your visit by approximately 15 minutes.
Can I book a private or group experience?
Yes! We offer private bookings and custom group experiences tailored to your needs. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
What is your cancellation policy?
Need to cancel? No worries — if it’s 7+ days before your appointment, you’ll get a full refund. Between 24 hours and 7 days, we’ll refund 50%. Within 24 hours, refunds aren’t available — but if something urgent comes up (like illness or bad weather), just reach out and we’ll work with you.
Visit Preparation
What should I wear for my visit?
Please wear closed-toe shoes, suitable for walking on gravel and uneven or muddy ground. Dress for the weather, as experiences run, rain or shine.
What happens if it rains?
Our experiences continue regardless of weather, so please come prepared with appropriate clothing. If extreme weather occurs, we’ll notify you of any closures and provide rescheduling options.
How early should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure a smooth start.
Is parking available onsite?
Yes, parking is available onsite for all visitors.
Accessibility & Safety
Is the farm wheelchair or stroller accessible?
Due to gravel paths and uneven terrain, accessibility is limited. Please contact us before booking to discuss your needs and how we can accommodate you.
Can I bring my pet or support animal?
For the safety of all visitors and animals, pets and support animals are not permitted on the farm.
